Trouble with location services

If you are having issues with your location:

  1. Check your location permission settings and verify that the Audubon Bird Guide App is able to use your location data while it's running.

  2. If it is and you're still experiencing this problem, please log out (make sure you know your username and password) then uninstall and re-download the app from the app here. Your data is saved and will be available when you login again.
