If you are having issues with photos or range maps:
*Note: To view content in the app, you either need to have a working network connection, or you need to download the offline field guide content when prompted upon first launching the app.
To download the offline field guide data:
Navigate to "My Audubon" in the bottom navigation menu
Tap the "Settings" gear icon in the top right hand corner
Scroll to Content and tap "Download Field Guide Data"
Tap "Download Field Guide Data" on the modal pop-up
Tap "Next" when the download is complete
Check to see if you can see the photos and range maps under bird species.
If you downloaded the offline field guide and still cannot see photos of the birds in the guide then please delete and re-install the app here. Your data is saved and will be available when you login again. When you re-install the app make sure to download the offline field guide when prompted upon first launching the app.
