Your location is automatically added without having to manually create and save a new location. If you have a previously saved location nearby, we’ll see that and suggest using that location.
If you would like to choose an existing saved location, tap the location icon under the map and scroll your previously saved locations and choose one.
To add a new location in Add Sighting (to save your sighting at a location where you are not currently located, or if your app doesn’t have location permissions enabled):
Tap the location icon under the map
Then tap "+ Create New Location"
Tap the map display and hold the green pin to move it to the location of your choice
Tap "Next" in the top right hand corner
Name your new location and tap "Save"
Your new location will appear on your save sighting screen
